800 JARS · FIRST RUN · FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $60+

NEW (Only 800 Jars): The Scratching Stops. The Skin Calms. The Coat Comes Back. Introducing: SG-01. The 1st Human-Grade Clinically Studied Dogbiotic™ For Skin, Coat & Gut (from the inside out). Simply: It Reaches Where Shampoo Can’t!

Everything you were handed was aimed at the skin. The baths. The wipes. The chews. The vet who looked for a minute, said “just allergies,” and sent you home to treat the part you can see. But the skin is the exit, not the entrance. The itch starts in the gut and works its way out. SG-01 goes in at the entrance.

  • Fewer 2am scratch sessions. Fewer raw paws in the morning.
  • Itchy dog with a bad stomach? That’s one problem, not two.
  • Not another chew. A clinically studied postbiotic that gets to the gut.

Small dogs 0 to 25 lbs1 scoop
Medium dogs 25 to 75 lbs2 scoops
Large dogs 75+ lbs3 scoops

Two scoops a day is the serving for a medium dog. That’s 300mg of the postbiotic. The clinical research used 150mg for a medium dog. We had the option to build to 150 and stop there. We didn’t. A small dog gets one scoop, which lands exactly on the amount the research used.

Instructions. Mix into the food bowl at meal time, once per day. Start with half a serving for the first 5 to 7 days. 60 scoops per jar, 30 days for a medium dog. The label says use daily for 12 weeks for best results.

Contains fish. Store in a cool, dry place. Always provide fresh water. Consult your vet if needed.

You’ve Tried The Chews.
This One Isn’t Built Like One.

A handful of soft dog-supplement chews beside a measuring scoop of fine powder.

They throw ingredients at the skin.
This one starts in the gut.
And every scoop is:

2 dog trials. 1 peer-reviewed.

The skin is where you see it.

Powder, Not A Chew

Scooped to his size.

Human-Grade

The same standard you eat.

No Junk

Dogbiotics Leads the Future of Pet Health

Our formula is built on a postbiotic with real dog studies behind it, a mechanism we can explain in a sentence, and a label we’ll defend line by line. Every ingredient is in there because it has a job. Supporting healthy skin and coat. Supporting digestion and stool quality. Supporting the immune system that connects the two. No fillers. No gimmicks. And nothing on the label we can’t give you a reason for.

Clinically Studied

The postbiotic in SG-01 has been through two placebo-controlled trials in dogs. One of them is published, peer-reviewed.

Postbiotic Powered

A probiotic is live bacteria you hope survive the trip and produce something. The postbiotic is the something, already made.

Lab Tested

Tested for quality and safety. Non-GMO.

Human-Grade

Human-grade powder. Every ingredient in it is food, not feed.

Frequently Asked Questions

How It Works

What’s a postbiotic? Isn’t that just a probiotic with a new name?+

No, it’s closer to the opposite. A probiotic is live bacteria you’re hoping will survive and then produce something useful. A postbiotic is the useful thing itself, already produced. The bacteria did the work before it ever got in the jar. Nothing has to stay alive for it to work.

Okay, what’s the compound, actually?+

Indoles. They’re compounds gut bacteria make out of tryptophan, and they’re one of the signals that runs between the gut, the immune system, and the skin. That’s the pathway this whole product is built on. It’s also why the ingredient panel above is grouped the way it is: the postbiotic delivers indoles directly, and the tryptophan, the B. subtilis strain, and the two cofactors are there to help their gut make more of its own.

Why would something for the gut do anything for skin?+

Because the gut, the immune system, and the skin aren’t three separate departments. They talk to each other constantly, and indoles are one of the things they talk with. That’s the gut-skin-immune axis. It’s also why the itchy dog with the sensitive stomach is one problem, not two.

Is this a probiotic? Because probiotics did nothing for my dog.+

There is a probiotic in it, one strain, and it’s on the label as “Indole Probiotic.” But it isn’t the argument. That strain was picked for one job, which is producing indoles, and it’s there to back up the postbiotic rather than carry the product. If generic probiotics have already done nothing for your dog, that’s not a mystery. You were feeding a bacteria and hoping it survived long enough to make something. The postbiotic skips that.

Using SG-01

I have a 15 lb dog. Do they get the 300mg?+

No. They get 150mg. One scoop.

Here’s the honest version, because you’ll figure it out anyway. The clinical research used 150mg for a medium dog. A medium dog on SG-01 gets 300mg, which is two scoops. Your 15 lb dog gets one scoop, which is 150mg, which is exactly what the research used. Not more. Exactly it.

So the “we didn’t cheap out” argument on this page is a medium-dog argument. For your dog, SG-01 is a clinically studied postbiotic at the dose that was actually studied, which is still a sentence most of the category cannot say about anything on their label. But it isn’t more, and I’m not going to let you buy it thinking it is.

How long before I see something?+

The label says you may see results in 1 week, but use daily for 12 weeks for best results, and that’s what we’re going to say too.

In practice, coat and digestion tend to move earlier than skin and itch. Skin takes longer. It always takes longer. If you want a fixed date, I don’t have one for you, and anyone who gives you one is making it up.

Which bundle do I actually need?+

Depends on the dog, which is why the picker asks for their weight first. A small dog gets one scoop a day, so a jar lasts 60 days. A medium dog gets two, so a jar lasts 30. A large dog gets three, so a jar lasts 20. The label’s protocol is 12 weeks either way, so the number of jars that covers it changes with the dog.

Pick the weight, then take the bundle marked “Best Value.” It’s also the biggest box on the page, so weigh that against my answer accordingly.

My dog is the pickiest eater on earth.+

There’s 400mg of beef liver in every two scoops, and it’s there for exactly one reason, which is that a supplement your dog won’t eat isn’t a supplement.

If they’re genuinely suspicious of anything new, start with half a serving for 5 to 7 days and work up. That works more often than people expect.

Safety & Ingredients

My dog is on Apoquel. Can I stop it?+

Ask your vet. Not us, and not a page that’s trying to sell you something.

SG-01 is a food topper. It is not a medication, it is not a replacement for one, and it does not treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If your dog is on something for their skin and you’re thinking about changing that, that conversation is between you and your vet. I’d rather lose the sale than have you make that call off a sales page.

My dog has a heart condition, diabetes, kidney disease, pancreatitis, or a sensitive stomach.+

Talk to your vet first, and show them the label. Every ingredient and every amount is printed on the jar, so your vet can see the whole formula in about ten seconds. Allergen note: it contains fish.

Is there fish in this? My dog reacts to fish.+

Yes. The flavor is beef liver and fish, and the omega-3 in it is fish oil. Fish is the allergen on this label. If your dog reacts to fish, this isn’t the one, and I’m not going to talk you into trying it to find out.

Ordering & The Company

Fifty-five dollars for one jar. Really?+

Really, and the single jar is the worst deal on the page. Every bundle above it drops the per-jar price, and the picker shows you exactly what it drops to.

I’ll tell you where the money goes, since you’re asking. It goes into the postbiotic. 300mg for a medium dog when the clinical research used 150mg is not a marketing decision, it’s a cost decision, and it’s the most expensive line in the formula by a distance. We had the option to build to 150 and stop there. We didn’t. Most of the category did.

Do I have to subscribe?+

No. One-Time Purchase is the other tab in the box above, and it’s a real option, not a decoy. Subscribe and Save is cheaper and you can pause, skip, change the frequency, or cancel any time. If that’s not what you want, take the one-time and we’ll leave you alone.

What happens if it doesn’t work?+

You email us inside 30 days and we send your money back. Not a store credit. Your money.

Here’s the part I’d rather tell you than have you work it out yourself at 2am with a calculator: the label’s protocol is 12 weeks, and the guarantee is 30 days. That’s a real gap and I’m not going to pretend it isn’t. What I’d say is that 30 days is long enough to know whether your dog will eat it, whether their stomach settles, and whether anything is moving at all. If it’s done nothing in a month, you’ll know well before day 30. That’s what the window is for.

Where is it made?+

The USA, with US and globally sourced ingredients. Non-GMO. Lab tested.

We get asked this constantly and we know why, so, plainly: we don’t sell on Amazon. If you find a Dogbiotics product on Amazon or eBay, it isn’t ours.
