At Dogbiotics, your satisfaction—and your dog’s health—are our top priorities. Only a customer's first purchase is eligible for a return or refund. That’s why all first purchases by a customer are backed by ourĀ 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help. The period begins on the day of purchase.Ā

We’re happy to offer a full refund on any jars have not yet been shipped. Unfortunately, once an order leaves our facility, it is not eligible for a refund outside of the performance guarantee.Ā

āœ… Used Product – Money Back on First Jar If It Didn’t Work for Your Dog

Tried the product but didn’t see results? If you've used the product consistently for at least 45 days and haven’t experienced the intended benefits, you're still eligible for a refund. We will only refund one (1) used jar, and there will be an opportunity to return unused jars. We’ll just ask for some brief documentation or photos as proof of consistent use, so we can understand what happened and improve our formulas.

Bundles and heavily discounted items are not eligible for a return or a refund.Ā

If you request a return for a used product outside of our standard guarantee, we’ll do our best to accommodate you—but a 35% restocking fee will apply. This helps us cover the cost of returned inventory and ensures we can continue offering a high standard of product and service.

How to Start a Return

Email us at admin@dailydogbiotics.com to begin your return process. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions for sending your item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Incorrect Address and Delivered Package

We ship to the exact address provided at checkout and cannot verify or change it after purchase. If an incorrect address is entered, we can help by offering a replacement order at a discounted rate. However, customers are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date shipping details, and additional charges will apply.

Damages & Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know right away at admin@dailydogbiotics.com. We’ll make it right, fast.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipping into the EU, you're entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason—as long as the item is unused, in original packaging, and you have proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at admin@dailydogbiotics.com.
